The On Demand classes are 10 to 30 minute, follow-along video workouts. You can supplement your current Bodylura routine with the Cardio, Low Impact, and Yoga Flow classes available!
The Guidance Videos are motivational pep talks and informative videos from Anna Victoria, that can help out no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
