Once you have received your doctor’s clearance to exercise, we offer 2 postpartum programs in the Bodylura app.
One is a 13 week program, Revive with Brittany Lupton, and the other option is 8 classes offered in our On Demand section, Restore Your Core with Anna Victoria.
These programs are specifically designed for those who are newly postpartum and post C-section. Regardless of your birth experience, you can follow Restore Your Core if you are wanting to focus on healing your core postpartum or post-surgery.
