You’re ready to crush your first workout!
Whether it’s a strength workout, a cardio workout, or a quick core workout, you can choose what workout works best for you each day!
The goal is to complete all the workouts by the end of the week. If you want to “double up” and do 2 workouts (combining a cardio workout with a core session, for example), that’s a great way to decrease your workout days and increase your rest time.
